AI-Powered Engine
Maximum Yield, Zero Scrap
Our 1.5D Knapsack algorithm flawlessly divides the master coil width mathematically, reducing scrap rates by up to 99%. It eliminates human errors caused by manual planning and cuts down production planning from minutes to milliseconds.
Real-Time Analytics
Total Control, Instant Setup
Manage your orders and master coil inventory from a single intuitive dashboard. The moment optimization is complete, instantly dispatch "Arbor Setup" PDF reports directly to the shop floor to minimize machine downtime.
📘 SlitFlow Detailed User Guide
Our application takes all your production line parameters into account. Below is a step-by-step guide explaining the core functions of the software and how to use them:
1. Orders Management
What it does: Allows you to define details such as customer name, required slit width, quantity, grade, and thickness.
How to use: Click "Add Order" to create a new entry. Use "Priority" tags to instruct the engine on which orders to fulfill first.
2. Coils (Master Coil Inventory)
What it does: Allows you to define the exact width, thickness, grade, and current weight of your metal coils.
How to use: Enter the coil code and dimensions. The engine strictly matches orders with coils of the correct material parameters.
3. Lines (Slitting Line Constraints)
What it does: Defines the physical boundaries of your shop floor (e.g. max/min width, max knives).
How to use: Register your machine lines. The algorithm automatically prevents impossible setups.
4. Tooling (Knives & Arbor Setup)
What it does: Manages the dimensions of your knives, shims, rubber rings, and spacers.
How to use: Enter your tool inventory so the system can accurately calculate the arbor setup sequence.
5. Optimize (AI Engine)
Modes: Select "Quick Setup" for rapid planning, or "Production Planning" for multi-coil scenarios.
Priorities: Adjust the sliders to prioritize Yield, Scrap, or Setup Complexity, then hit Run Optimization.
6. Results & PDF Reporting
Score & Yield: Every slitting pattern is scored out of 100 based on scrap left and overall efficiency.
Send to Production: Click "Download Setup PDF" to instantly generate a one-page report for your operator.
